FAQ.
Do I have to replace my PMS or MLS?
The aim is to build around the system you already use. We check its available connections and data permissions, then agree which Trueflow tools and workflows can be added to your existing setup.
Which systems do you support?
We’ve connected Bookerville, Lodgix, and authorized MLS listing data. For other platforms, we review the available access and your workflow before confirming what we can build. MLS connections depend on the provider, feed permissions, and display requirements.
How often does the data update?
That depends on the source system and the access it provides. We agree which fields connect, where the information is maintained, and how updates happen before building. Not every field or platform supports the same behavior.
Do you write and publish our social posts?
Our Social Scheduler uses connected property information and available media, including the assets in your Media Room, to help prepare drafts and automate publishing. Your team reviews the posts and controls the schedule. Ongoing hands-on social media management is not included.
